Our three point plan for success
Book a Consultation
We ask you to fill out a brief form to tell us the sort of role you're looking for, the type of company you want to work for, where in the country you're looking and your skill set. We will then follow up with a phone call to get a more in depth picture of you and your goals so that we can ensure that we only put you forward for the right roles. We understand prepping for an interview takes a lot of precious time and emotional energy, so we won't ask you to waste it on roles that are not suitable.
Get an Interview
After your phone call we will put you forward for any roles that we think match your skill set and aspirations. Once you secure the interview we will take you through our 360 degree interview preparation process. We will be there every step of the way to ensure you are thoroughly prepared.
Accept a position
If you are offered the position we will negotiate contracts for you to ensure the job is everything you had hoped for. If for any reason the job is not for you, we will carry out a full debrief and identify learning points for future opportunities. Whatever happens you will be fully supported every step of the way.
