Having been recruiting for the technology industry for over eight years, Stuart understands how frustrating the tremendous waste of time and energy can feel for all involved when recruitment isn’t done right.
For candidates it’s spending precious time and emotional investment on roles that are just not suitable for them in the first place. For clients it’s the costly time delays in bringing in the right people when they are being bombarded with CVs from recruiters who just don’t have the technical expertise to understand the skillset that is actually needed.
Knowing that the industry needed to do better, Stuart set up Ampere to put his years of experience in the tech (and specifically Power Electronics and Semiconductors) industry towards solving this problem. Ampere is dedicated to matching opportunity with skill, along with ensuring the right philosophical and ethos fit.
